Gradually making my way to 180. As challenging this bulk has been with how much strength inducing movements I do in a day with work it’s pretty much #crossfit , it basically been like doing a lot of cardio. As hard as it’s been to grow size faster, I’m actually doing what’s close to impossible by building muscle and losing body fat at the same time. I call it lean bulking because I’m pretty much trading fat for muscle. I’m definitely okay with that! 👍🏽 Now I just have to keep it up haha! How’s everyone else’s bulk coming along?
