Tell me in the comments siimland - One of the biggest determinants of progress and success is the ability to stay focused during whatever you may be doing, whether that be during exercise, trying to work on your computer, or even while talking to other people - The modern world and technology conditions us to be in the midst of distractions - Don't blame technology, don't blame social media, don't blame other people - blame yourself for having taught your brain to get distracted by these things - Knowing how to control your attention span and being able to focus on a particular thing for a long period of time is a superpower you should learn to develop - Of course, you shouldn't be so focused and myopic that you lose sight of the bigger picture or those around you but it's still important to know when it's time to be focused and when it's time to be unfocused - During workouts, however, you should always stay focused so you'd actually make progress towards your goals - Tag a friend who should need to learn how to focus.
