Matching within cloud datacenter clusters when the desired matching is bijective, we first must resolve disagreements in cluster sizes and adjust the clusters accordingly. More specifically, we need to address the fact that within each cluster, we may have an unequal number of vertices from each of the two graphs. The distances needed to resize the clusters can be computed by the k-means clustering procedures so that the cost incurred by reassigning the vertices is computationally minimal. Second, we do not focus on modifying existing k-means procedures to automatically make the clusters be of commensurate sizes. We view our resizing as a refinement of the original k-means procedure, and not as providing a new clustering of the vertices. In practice, our reassigned clusters are very similar to the original k-means clusters, often differing in only a few vertices. In the event that one of the k-means clusters is composed of a large majority of vertices from a single graph, bijective graph matching might not be sensible. In this case, we can non-bijectively match within each cluster by padding the adjacency matrices with empty vertices to make the graphs of commensurate size, and match the resulting graphs. Vertices matched to isolates could be treated as unmatched, or we could iteratively remove the matched vertices in the larger graph and rematch the graphs, yielding a many–to–many matching. In these matching procedures, it is not surprising that we obtain best results if we use the seeded vertices to not only cluster but also match the graphs. #ssh #tcpip #cloud #iot #artificialintelligence #nlp #machinelearning #neuralnetwork #capital #investment #roi #programming #algorithm #hacking #cybersecurity #venturecapital #datacenter #model #anonymous #bitcoin #python #LSTM #bigdata #cryptography #javascript #java #optimization #coding #pentest #rootkit

#100daysofcode 60/100 - Today I started with getting some projects up onto my Github account. I still have to work on the structure of these repositories, but at least I made the first steps. I also have to check, if the musicplayer project on my laptop is the newest version, I have the feeling that there is missing something. - That is why, it’s good to have my GitHub finally up and running, because I have on central place where the newest Version is stored and I don’t have to compare the files from PC 1 to the files from PC 2. - I also read a couple of pages of my Pythonbook and made some small changes on my projects. - The rest of the day I spent on meeting with friends and practicing guitar. My current project for practicing guitar is “Small Bump” by teddysphotos. It’s quite challenging but I wanted to start learning a new song.

This weekend was so tough. I was so exhausted but I knew I still had lots of work to do on my python ml framework. ... Finished functional testing for my data preprocessing and feature selection classes. They still need further development but that is another day's work. Found a nice little python package pandas ml which had some nice functions for my framework. ... I got my laptop ready to start learning javascript/typescript with react native. I want to start learning app development. I have a few ideas of data science projects combined with apps. Exciting journey ahead. ... My framework is finally spitting out results automatically just for one classification model now. This is my second episode with David O'Hara ( davohpics ), and as with the first episode I recorded with him, conversing with David is always a delight and a great pleasure. In this episode we discuss his trip to Central America, and we also talk about the recent acheological discovery of a vast Mayan metropolis that "at its peak some 1,500 years ago, covered an area about twice the size of medieval England, with an estimated population of around five million." David goes over the cutting edge technology that is now being used to discover these, until very recently, hidden ruins of an ancient Mayan civilization, and what we can learn from these discoveries in regards to our own civilization. We also get into the ethics of artificial intelligence and the corporate control of the development of computer technology, and the implications this has for how infomation is deceminated through our society. David discusses some of the underlying issues on relying on algoriths and computer learning making big desicions for us, and how the kind of thinking leads to unintended outcomes. David O'Hara is a professor of Philosophy and Classics at Augustana University, and the author of the book "Downstream: Reflections on Brook Trout, Fly Fishing, and the Waters of Appalachia." David teaches a variety of courses on philosophy, classics, religion, and enviromental ethics, and not long before the recording of this episode, had just recently got back from a trip to Central America where he teaches an in-depth course on reef ecology. 🌿 Link to podcast in bio 🌼 Subscribe to Last Born In The Wilderness on SoundCloud, iTunes, Google Play, and Stitcher 💐 #Podcast #reefecology #augustanauniversity #mayanruins #civilization #ethics #philosophy #machinelearning #artificialintelligence #technology #algorithms

Memory management in Python is limited. One solution is memoryview’s, which are a built-in class that expose the buffer protocol to access data at the C-API level. An advantage of using a memoryview is that operations with strings (such as slicing) don’t require the data to be copied. Here we use the psutil library and the time module to show the optimal differences between working with a string and a memoryview. It is often difficult to find instances where a memoryview can replace an implementation with a string, but if the situations arise, it can really make a substantial change in performance. ••• #learnpy #learnpython #python #pythoncode #programming #coding #learntocode #developer #software #softwaredeveloper #tech #technology #startup #business #app #data #datamining #ai #machinelearning #hack #hacking #networking #webdevelopment #webdesign #design #engineering #development
