Alllll black everything for todayโ€™s leg day because I was feeling especially Monday-y today. ๐Ÿ˜ Anyway! If you saw my story you know that my leg day started on a bad note (rerack your own FKN weights, people!!) but it ended well! Todayโ€™s fav SS was weighted walking lunges for 8 each x 3 sets with RDLโ€™s (10x3) and then after those 3 sets I did 25 each leg of unweighted walking lunges. โ˜ ๏ธ - Also! I saw on twitter something about doing 20 slow and controlled goblet squats with 50% of your body weight.
