Reverse update 2 weeks post show: ⬆️4lbs from stage weight with calories slowly going up and cardio going down as well as cutting all caffeine. Finding some balance in being able to go out for dinners and having a drink for once 👍 Make sure you hire a coach that believes in proper reverse dieting. I've learned from past experience.

(Idealnya) 5x dalam seminggu... . Why? Karena pembakaran lemak dan pembentukan ototnya jg lebih maksimal. . . Kalau tiap hari emang kenapa? Pertama, tubuh dan otot kita jg butuh istirahat dan recovery. . Kedua, Bisa katabolik. Apa itu katabolik? Bagian dr proses metabolisme yg berdampak negatif dan harus di hindari krn akan merusak otot. . . Cara ngaturnya gimana supaya 5 hari? (Kalau aku) off day nya itu hari2 dimana dalam waktu seharian bener2 full ga ada waktu luang sama sekali even 1 jam. Itu aku jadiin off day. Kalau punya wkt luang lbh dari itu ya tetep latian, krn mostly sesibuk2 nya kita pasti masi punya kan waktu 1-2 jam dlm sehari. . . Kaya hari ini, sebenernya aku lg flu dan batuk thats why mukanya lesu 😂 tp krn hari ini aku punya wkt luang banyak sementara bsk full seharian dan dua hari lalu udh off day.. ya hari ini tetep latian 😁😁😁 (tp tergantung kondisi tubuh nya jg ya kebetulan aku udah tinggal pilek dan batuknya aja) . . . This post gym bath is brought to you by the very lovely people at radoxuk. Bath salts with thyme and it really does help with the aches after 🛀 I definitely need a muscle soak after today. I went for lower body today with some shoulder work. Glutes, hams and quads ✔ I love the adjustable pull system. There is so much you can do with it and I love squatting with it. It targets the under part of the bottom which I would love to lift a bit and make it more rounded. Came out in a sweaty mess which is always good and now it's bath time before I get my nails done😍💅 The summer holiday is here and I am off to Betws Y Coed in Wales on Monday. I love Wales and the Snowdonia range🏔🚗 I can't wait to get some Welsh air in me and go for some hikes. Front squat . ATG 3x , normal 4x . I do both & both technique also good , usually i can add 1 or 2 more rep . Kalau boleh lebihkan rep tanpa ATG kenapa nak ATG juga ??? Common question rasanya ni . Mudah , sebab saya minat & nak C&J berat2 one day , sekarang masih dalam proses kearah itu . Force daripada heavy clean pasti akan memaksa badan turun sampai bawah(ATG) , mana mungkin kita mampu tahan half way kalau clean sampai tahap 200kg . Jadi better biasakan bangun dari ATG dari awal . Mudah 💁
