When I was on the stair master the other day I was thinking about how annoying “us” fitness people are. 🏋🏼‍♂️ We eat pizza and we call it carb loading. 🍕 Have 8 donuts and we call it a cheat meal. 🍩 Go for a run before eating breakfast and we call it fasted cardio 🏃‍♀️ I mean, wtf?!? 🤷🏻‍♀️That’s what people call EATING and WORKING OUT! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Have a great Saturday night guys!! That doesn’t mean you can’t make eating out work with a little planning ahead. Maybe you don’t have access to a kitchen or want to eat out with a friend without messing up your progress. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 While this isn’t always going to be super accurate, if you are tracking 100% the rest of the time you are still going to see awesome progress. Feet Up Bench: 62.5x12,12,11 Smith Machine Hack Squat: 40x12,12,12,11 Deficit Smith Machine Row: 40x15,12,10 Leg Press Calves: 105x15,11,11 DB Lateral Raise: 10x15,12 8x14 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I had nothing left in terms of reps today. Very low carbs all week combined with high rep training everyday = glycogen gone fast. I also managed to pull/cramp up my hamstrings during warm up for squats, and could not handle the pain for regular squats, so did Smith Machine Hacks (which still hurt a bit). Decided to have a carb refresh, and you can see the damage I did. The last banana shake was probably not needed, as after that my stomach felt like it was gonna rip.
