Hier soir c'était une séance dos-épaules avec une grosse partie de travail sur la posture afin de bien ressentir les muscles ciblés lors de l'exercice 💪. Merci a ses personnes qui viennent te coacher a la salle lorsqu'ils voient que tu ne fais pas l'exercice comme il faudrait 🙏. Aujourd'hui est un autre jour, je retourne a la salle ce soir pour un training quadri-fessier 🍑. Forcement avec le décalage horaire, je vous sers des déjeuners au moment du petit déjeuner... . Mais ce séjour est tellement interressant en terme de bouffe, que j'aimerais même vous en montrer plus !! . Donc ce midi, c'était encore un restaurant chinois "classique". Pour moi, riz 🍚, beignets d'aubergines farcis, crevettes 🦐 au cajou, porc 🐖 au caramel, crêpes au canard laqué 🦆 et légumes... évidemment je me suis bieeeeen reservi ! . Je pense que je vais prendre du poids malgré des entrainements quotidiens 😅
