DAY 29 OF PREP: Biked 15miles in 35 minutes. PR for me!! But Damn how time flies. Been almost a month and the fat is slowlyyyy coming off. But that’s ok because I’m only really doing an hour of cardio a day. This way when we add some additional cardio into the mix it should make a big difference. Tag a friend for Leg Day!❤ : How a typical leg workout goes for me... glute activation exercises to get my boooooooty pumped, then straight into compound movements. Finish off most workouts with glute isolation exercises like in my previous post. Leg day is zeeee best day let’s goooo Except I’m actually on a boat getting sea sick and wish I could do this workout lol DO IT FOR ME PLS 1️⃣ 3 sets of 10: resistance band side to side step straight into 10 jumping squats with a pulse 2️⃣ 4 sets of 8 negative sumo squats (count to 3 Mississippi on the way down) with a pulse 3️⃣ 4 sets of 10 sumo RDL.
