Slight increase in calories for me so training days are at 2600 calories and rest days a bit a lower. Slow and steady to make sure I’m not gaining too much excess bodyfat. Meanwhile I just had some post workout Mexican food and a marg 🤷‍♂️😅 (which I’ll guesstimate macros)
