Когда мы сходили на гору, на рынок, просто погулять и три раза в нарезанную галерею попить воды. О моем восстановлении. Его видимо нет. Анализы конечно не хуже, но и какого бешеного скачка нет. 4ого утром иду к женскому врачу 5ого на очный прием к спорт-эндокринологу А потом хожу сходить в центр гормональной йоги. Короче огонь из всех батарей. Страшно и даже очень. Но я хочу сравнить что скажут разные специалисты. А сегодня записалась к специальному терапевту. Если ваш рост 180 см то спина болит и искривляется неминуемо. А у меня от тосканиния бабули совсем все сместилось, боли терзаю постоянно. Вчера онемела рука и не отходила пока не легла. I had THE most fabulous weekend exploring Wellington and getting back into a positive routine and now it’s Monday and back to the grind! When it comes to structured Monday to Friday work, I have always been someone who really struggles with that Sunday dread - regardless of whether or not I enjoy the job, the anxiety about the week ahead kicks in and often I feel trapped and end up not enjoying my Sunday at all! I have learnt to manage this a lot better over the last few years and here are some of my top tips for dealing: 1. Prep for the week ahead: Whether this means food, washing or just taking a bit of time mentally, it puts you in a way better mindset 2. But don’t let it take over your day! That said, make sure your day is not ALL about the week ahead and you still take time for you. 3. Plan something nice: Something with friends, family, partner etc - something that is PURELY fun and food for the soul 4. Work out: Sure fire way to make yourself feel good. It doesn’t have to be hardcore or long, but just something to get your heart rate up, get out the house and feel good about yourself! 5. Meditate or be mindful: 5 minutes meditation, or just a few moments to yourself - honestly, it really does the job #mondaymotivation
