Life has been crazy the past month. The only thing that has been consistent is this. I had some setbacks after getting the flu and a death cough for a month after that. 😷I’ve been focusing on volume and needing to get some work on my hip done, so being smart with my weight, but still seeing progress. I make time to be here. It’s not always easy and definitely not perfect. Somehow I keep missing arm day 🤔😂 I need this time to focus, to destress, to see progress in my life and to do something for me. The bonus is seeing my babe ciarakleva who makes me laugh and lose focus, but also reminds me to not take life so serious. But honestly I am a better wife, mom, employee, and friend if I get this little sliver of time to myself. With the growth of the USPA and the number of lifters and meets directed by Old Skool Iron, we are forced to change our policy. Please read below for policy changes as of January 2018: You will no longer be able to switch meets. If you choose to withdraw after registering you will not be able to transfer your entry fees to another meet. Refunds will only be given 30 days or more prior to the day of the meet. There will be a $15.00 service fee deducted from the refund amount. You may still switch categories, weight classes, add divisions or events all the way up to the day of weigh-ins. We thank you for your cooperation and for being a huge part of the USPA.
