Accessories never get posted but it doesn't mean they're not important. Not taking your accessory work seriously with seriously lead to imbalances and stagnation in my opinion. Strict pendlay rows with a press bar are one of my favorite upper back exercises. The yoke carry is always a must during the by week after a meet. Light box squats for a 5x5. . . Haven’t posted any powerlifting content in awhile because honestly other priorities have taken place. Even though I feel like I’m starting completely over with my lifts, it’s important to evaluate your overall health (physically, spiritually, and mentally). The gym is not life, but it should improve the quality of life. It’s okay to take a break. It’s okay if you have to start over. Know your boundaries and limits, but don’t use them as an excuse. 👊🏼✌🏼
