Meal Planning 101: make roasted veggies and you’ll have veggies to add to Nourish Bowls, salads, a side for dinner, etc. I roasted butternut squash from Jesse’s family garden 💕 lemon, radishes, thyme and organic crumbled tofu - all tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flake, and cumin. Week 3 meal prep ✔️ After a very indulgent weekend, I’m ready to get back on track. Prepped - Moca latte mini muffins - Spaghetti squash quiche (made with low sodium turkey sausage instead plus some bell pepper added) - Kale salads with chicken sausage - found this delicious salad dressing at Trader Joe’s with very few wholesome ingredients, it’s amazing! - Hummus & carrots / bars Lots of different items for dinners - cauliflower rice & veggie bowls, salmon, chicken tray bake. Lookin like a good week! Two walks with the pup plus DMs for the day. So much fun bowling with some of my fav Boston #HAES colleagues. We joked that we SO don’t value numbers we didn’t even bother keeping score. Frankly, the bowling came in 3rd place, we were way too busy chatting and eating pizza. 🎳🍕I feel so spoiled to be surrounded by so many anti-diet & size inclusive practitioners because when you are swimming up stream, community is pretty much everything. 🙏🏻

I was SO in the mood for pasta today (hey, I’m a real person too!) this veggie laden, eatbanza chickpea pasta soup/stew did it for me! It gave me the mouthful I was craving without all the gluten and inflammation you want to avoid! Thank the good LORD today was my rest day. I needed it. Since getting home from the dr and multiple pharmacy runs , I cleaned the house (picked up), did a few loads of laundry , cleaned the kitchen , FINALLY Ate something at 3pm.... now sitting w my sickies, and of course. We’re on to the next Twilight. And I’m drinking my immunity life saving shake . It almost always comes thru when drank consistently. But I’m scared the odds may not be in my favor this time . 😩 Still tho- remaining positive !!!!

Age-related memory impairment has become an accepted fact of life. The risk of neurodegeneration in the form of Parkinsons or Alzheimers increases after the age of 60.
