Gerne teile ich wieder einen Beitrag zur Wertschätzung der qualifizierten Ernährungsberatung von docsteinbach Denn auch ich bin Fachkraft für Ernährung 📌 Ich bin Diätassistentin! Als solche erlebe ich immer wieder, dass dieser Beruf noch zu wenig bekannt ist und wenn, dann auf's #abnehmen reduziert wird. Der Beruf des Diätassistenten gehört zu den bundesrechtlich geregelten Heilberufen (auch Gesundheitsfachberufe oder Medizinalfachberufe). Der Beruf ist über das Diätassistentengesetz (DiätAssG) und die dazugehörige Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsverordnung geregelt. Die Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre und darf ausschließlich an staatlich anerkannten Schulen erfolgen. Unterrichtsfächer sind u.a. Biologie, Chemie, Anatomie, Physiologie, Pathophysiologie, Diätetik, Koch- und Küchentechnik in Theorie und Praxis, Lebensmittelkunde, Gesprächsführung, Psychologie, Soziologie, Pädagogik... Die Ausbildung schließt mit einer mündlichen, schriftlichen und praktischen Prüfung ab. Die Aufgabenfelder sind vielfältig: Ernährungstherapie bei Allergien, Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten, Fettstoffwechselstörungen, Diabetes, Nieren- und Lebererkrankungen, angeborenen Stoffwechselerkrankungen (Pädiatrie), Essstörungen etc.................. Ich selbst bin in den Bereichen Prävention, Gesundheitsförderung und Ernährungsbildung tätig. Näheres dazu auf meiner Homepage... Egal, in welchem Bereich wir tätig sind, kontinuierliche Fortbildung zur Aktualisierung des Fachwissens ist selbstverständlich. Nicht vergleichbar mit den Inhalten eines Schnellkurses zum Ernährungsberater. Egg breakfasts are EGG-cellent! 🍳🥚 — Here are 4 quick tips for how you can make your egg breakfast SHINE! ☀️🙌 — 1. Use the WHOLE egg! The yolk delivers vitamin D, choline, plus lutein and zeaxanthin! 👩‍🌾👍 — 2. Add something GREEN! Here I’ve added #BroccoLeaf. Spinach, kale, Swiss chard and other greens are super additions, too! Veggie quesadillas 🙋please This meal is so easy and you can use any veggies you want but the squash &black beans go really well together. Swipe➡for recipe ...... Really embracing living intuitively lately...eating intuitively also makes you think about so many other things that have nothing to do with food. Some days I have a ton of energy and motivation to get things done. Other days I just want to rest and not be social. Instead of forcing myself to do work or exercise or post some random thing here that doesn't make sense I'd rather just relax and go with the flow! I'm in the last week of the internship minus a couple of wrap up days next week and need to remind myself, one thing at a time. I started to study last weekend and then decided to hold off, give myself a few days off after the official last day and then start.
