Guys, I swear this is the best 🍌 bread I’ve ever had! Deets: 3 bananas, extremely ripe, mashed 1/2 + 1/4 cup of coconut sugar 🌴 2 + 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour 3/4 of a salted butter stick, slightly melted 🐮 2 eggs, beaten A dash of salt 1 teaspoon baking powder Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the butter and sugar together in a large bowl for 3-5 mins. Add the eggs and the banana, and mix for another 3-5 mins. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix for another 2-3 minutes or until evenly combined. Grease a baking pan with oil, and add the batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Many have an addiction to refined sugar that they sacrifice their health and sometimes even their lives to maintain....be careful of Sugar friends, Sugar foods. and Sugar Mates....TOXIC ! Sugar in many cases is the culprit for Headaches, Mood swings and Fatigue. We think we are eating it because it’s making us feel better, but if we look past the short term gratification it provides, we can see that it really makes us feel horrible. We feel horrible because we are destroying our health and slowly killing ourselves. Let us exercise our emotional control and resist this sweet poison called sugar.
