Toe Touches. . Targets abs. You can target the abdominal muscles by combining toe touches with crunch sometimes known as the toe touch crunch or vertical toe touch. In this exercise, you lie in the position of standard crunch and extend the legs towards ceiling in order for the thighs to remain perpendicular to floor. You now lift the head and shoulders as you do when performing standard crunches and extend the arms farthest possible toward the toes. You then try to maintain that position for about 10 seconds or as much as you can do but comfortably and in proper form. . . Push YourSelf as Hard as you Can. Nothing Impossible . . We have Brains, Beauty, and Booty💕 We can literally do these from home while watching TV. Whatever you decide you do with body, it’s your choice babes. Once the booty fad dies down, there will be another body-part on women society is hyper-focused on... how gross. Work all parts of your body to keep you healthy and strong, don’t just work butt in a subconscious attempt to please others truly love your body, because when you love your body, it will love u back! We can sit on the couch and be a couch potato and still be sexy, but that’s not the point, the point is to work out for health for you first, anything else that comes along with it is just a bonus. If you really want booty that badly (despite how these body standards were invented by males who have issues with their own bodies so they reflect their shortcomings on to us,) think about what makes you want certain physical features... what you really want, is self-esteem and self-confidence, you don’t need validation from males, you don’t need validation from society, you need self-love. We are all beautiful, curvy, skinny, or thick your perfect imperfections are what makes you YOU.
