Yummy I mashed 1/2 an avocado into Walden farms Italian dressing that was mixed with half white vinegar, salt n pepper, rolled my turkey into this, then chopped Romaine lettuce and spinach and then mixed it all together. Final meal of day, DONE 😊

You've heard of "Cardio Bunnies"? Well this is "CARDIO KITTY" my Honey is as faithful as they come. In her position on her box I positioned for her so she could be as close to me as possible when I do my cardio. Her box is on the kitchen table right beside my Xtrainer. There are some things in life that makes your heart warm and this is one of them. LOVE ❤
