What’s one of my favorite moves? How about FOUR of my top fav’s? Turkish Get-Ups, Skull Crushers, Rope Tricep Extensions, Preacher Curls. When any of these moves are on the lineup for the day, I get extra excited! I also love kickboxing/martial arts type moves.💕. 50 degrees, sun is warm and the wind was wicked. I set my timer for 15 minutes and was able to climb the hill 9 times. Hoping to make 10 next time. Finished it off with some squats, burpees and push up. #baseballmom #jumpstartchallenge #fitlikeflint fitlikeflint majorbooty

I’m asked a lot on how I keep my butt so high and bubbled. A lot of it has to do with genetics, but these 2 favorite moves of mine really give me that burn, tone, and high shelf I love....the glutes bridge and back extensions both with a plate. With the back extensions I use a 10lb plate & make sure to really curl my back into the plate when going down so I can really focus on the glutes...I do about 3 sets at 10 reps each. For the glutes bridge, I use a 25lb plate & use a bench in order to really bring in the glutes high and get that burn we all love. I do about 4 sets at 8-10 reps each. Burpees shouldn’t exist and whoever invented them is a jerk-face. Burpees are the devil! But they DO exist and they DO work so let’s suck it up and do a few.
