I had to give the 2 ingredient pretzels a try. I loved how fast and easy they were - I was able to whip them up in less than 20 minutes after my kids got home from school for an after school snack. My boys loved them! We put salt on half and cinnamon/sugar on the other half. • • Now, if you're a pretzel snob like me, you will be disappointed. These do not taste like a pretzel, BUT they are a delicious snack. Next time I would probably turn them into bagels or even use them as a bun because their macros aren't half bad. 12.6 C 0 F 4.3 P for each "pretzel" • • RECIPE: Combine 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt and 1 cup self rising flour. Knead. Divide into 8 equal pieces and shape. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
