This is just sooo true! I think that so many people don’t eat healthy diets because it’s much cheaper to just go out and buy a burger and fries! By maxlugavere

In the words of my amazing coach paulrevelia in my checkin reply on Friday: “It’s time to train like a PRO” . 👈🏼This Friday VS 👉🏼about 6 weeks ago. . Not a ton of weight loss, but two different physiques. I think it’s safe to say I’ve been training like a pro😈 . Im excited to see quad growth seen from the back, my glutes are way rounder with more development up top, I see some slight increase in mid-back thickness, and lateral and rear delt growth as well. Shit even my calves have gained some density. . I am nowhere NEAR finished. I still want big round quads, bigger, wider lats, thicker mid back, and calves like staceylauren_ifbbpro 🤩 . I have FOUR months to improve on this. There’s no time to mess around and I know I can knock this out of the water🌊 . “Progress lies not in enhancing what IS, but in advancing towards what WILL BE.” —Khalil Gibran

Sunday’s are meant for winding down, relaxing, and regrouping yourself for a new week ahead. 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ They are not meant for being a pile, worthless, and a hungover human being that waste the day away. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yes, I am calling YOU out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I get it, you work Monday thru Friday and when the weekend comes you are just ready to let loose. Don’t get me wrong, going out and enjoying your weekends are needed to have a social kid but there’s always a limit, especially when you have a goal, a dream, and/or a vision. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Partying so hard all weekend that when Sunday comes, all you want to do is lay on the couch doing absolutely nothing does you nor your body any good! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve been there and I’ve done it all. Weekend after weekend. Sunday after Sunday. But then I realized that waking up on Sunday feeling alive and refreshed did more good. It gives me more energy to enjoy the day with my family, my husband, and my dog. I now have the desire to get things that get me one step ahead for the week instead of sleeping the day away only for Monday to roll back around. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And this is why I continue to step away from the night life, the drinking, and the partying. When people ask how I do it? It isn’t hard to answer. I think about and look at my future, where I want to be, and where I continue to go by not doing the same thing as everyone else. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Getting wasted every night or every weekend never gave me a life I dreamed of, the body I craved, or the happiness I deserved. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ YOU are capable of this all, too. This is YOUR life, YOUR future, and YOUR happiness. STOP wasting away your Sundays and your life. . . . . . . ✨ Coaching inquires- link in bio ⚒ dedfit_apparel code- SAMIB

Crookshanks just wanted to give y’all a friendly reminder to drink up! . Scary fact: 75% of the population is chronically dehydrated! So make sure you are getting at least half your body weight in ounces in each day💕 . Btw I don’t have a HP problem...I can stop at any time...

Pregnancy is an incredible time that may leave a woman feeling anxious, excited, exhilarated and exhausted- all at once! A women’s body goes through a variety of physical changes that can commonly lead to nausea, fatigue, dizziness, increase laxity of joints and decreased balance. These effects need to be properly managed to avoid injury, however in a healthy pregnancy there is no reason exercise should be avoided. In fact, exercise is actually recommended and proven to benefit both mother and baby. Some benefits are to reduce pregnancy related hypertension, excessive weight gain and gestational diabetes. Not all exercise is suitable during pregnancy and everyone’s pregnancy is different. With all the overwhelming and sometimes contradicting information out there, it’s a good idea to speak to an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to ensure you exercising right for both mum and bub!🤱
