Day 12 ❗️ Please read 🙌🏼 Morning guys. Slightly I’ve changed my morning meal as I drop my calories 🔪 summer shredding !!!! So today I’ve done cardio with but if weights. Since here where I stay atm there’s sauna and a pool thought it would be a good cardio to swim 😛 It is good to change the type of cardio you are doing. Once again your body adapts to the workouts you’re doing and if you continue the same old routine then hardly you gonna expect any quick results. One year ago when I’ve started my shredding I did the exact same mistake. I’ve started cardio 4 times a week for 25min in week ONE ☝🏼. Huge mistake and after two weeks of sweat and hard work results didn’t satisfy me. So I was chained to the same rhythm when on day you reach the point where there is no progress ❗️ So I suggest and what I’m doing now is diversity. Good Morning Guys 🤓 ___ So here it stands, weight is the lightest I’ve been all prep, sitting at 49.7KG ___ I received more messages this morning from people that I’ve inspired, thank you guys that really means so much ___ I’m now 1 day out!!! Meeting up with my prep buddy and close friend ursulamcquoid today for some posing practice before we both hit the stage tomorrow 🙊 Excited and nervous are definitely 2 emotions I’m feeling right now! ___ Hope you all have an amazing Saturday and enjoy the sunshine 🙌🏻

Well done to Scott for continually losing each week! Slow progressive weight loss has given him this result. • No Cardio • No restriction Just being sensible and managing intake responsibly...not eating like an idiot🐷!! Scott works off shore for 3 weeks at a time and he knows he may not lose weight whilst being off, due to his working lifestyle. - However when he is home he makes sure he ticks all the boxes • be in a calorie deficit • 2 litres water daily • portion of protein for each meal • train 2-3 per week - We have managed to find a process that works for him and he is succeeding, the same plan doesn’t work for everyone. Parkrun number 23 for me (I think !) and the first airing of the year for the Parkrun t-shirt. As an ex-soldier, I particularly like the Union Jack 🇬🇧 .. any military, former or current, will get that. Quality turn out once more .. it never ceases to amaze me how well supported these are and so good today to see a huge number of first timers !! 👍🏼 Lastly, a massive thumbs up to all of you out there in Insta-land who have the small matter of the London Marathon tomorrow.
