Soo...they put a leg press in my favorite corner...guess this dingy spot is gonna have to do for a #flexfriday post today. Mentioned in my last check-in progress post that natespear and I we’re gonna slow things down for 6 weeks or so. Didn’t expect any drop off only one week in but things actually improved, mostly due to being able to train harder than I have been the past month due to injuries.
