Ostao komadic 🎂 Evo kao što sam obecala – recept za Kokos tortu 🎂😊Kod mene je popularna doma, nadam se da ce biti i kod vas. Malo kasnim s obecanjem – vikend proslava prvog rodendana ostavi traga na covjeku… TIJESTO 6 bjeljanjaka 200 g secera u prahu 100 g brasna (ja stavim glatko) 150 g kokosova brasna ----Tucite bjeljanjke dodajući secer (prvo ih malo same istucite), a zatim polako u taj snijeg kuhacom umijesajte brasno i kokos. Pecite oko 20 min na 180 stupnjeva (dok s gornje strane ne poprimi laaaaganu nijansu), izvadite iz pecnice i pustite da se hladi. KREMA 3 dcl mlijeka 6 zumanjaka 4 zlice brasna 150 g secera (ja stavim i do 20-30 g manje, ovisno o ukusima, možete dodati i pola žlicice burbon vanilije) 125 g maslaca ----Tucite zumanjke i secer dok ne dobijete svijetlozutu kremicu, zatim dobro umiksajte brasno. Zatim smjesu ukuhajte u kremu lagano je ulijevajuci u vruce mlijeko. Kad se krema dosta zgusne, maknite je s vatre i ohladite. U ohlađenu kremu umutite omekšali maslac. ja ostavim biskvit u komadu, polijem ga sa dosta mlijeka, jer se on još stisne preko noci. Kad upije mlijeko, preko prelijem kremu i pustim preko noci da se hladi. -Duck from Holte Farm Grilled breast and confit of leg with sauce of heart and liver with a taste of orange tagetes from Korsvold Farm- Kontrast is a Modern Scandinavian restaurant focusing on local ingredients in an open and modern kitchen design. We walked from our hotel in the snow to the restaurant. At 20:00 the restaurant was full and we were suggested after the snacks to move to a table just in front of the open kitchen. We had the 10 courses menu and did not regret. We liked most of the dishes and the relax atmosphere.
