Don't look at how far you have to go. Look how far you've come. Senior year in highschool vs. Today. About 128Lbs to 185Lbs🙏 Not where I want to be but most definitely motivated, to keep busting my ass to get to my goals. Shoulder surgery, depression, choosing the party life over health, eating barely anything do to anxiety, to force feeding myself for my goals. 💥You can do this, a lot of y'all reach out to me for motivation, questions etc. Keep it coming. I love it. It motivates me even more to know I have people looking at me for inspiration💥 Don't do this shit because a bad breakup, don't do this shit to get the hot date, don't do this to see numbers on a scale or to escape some sort of hell, you have in your head. DO THIS FOR YOU AND ONLY YOU. Why? Because then & only then will you stay dedicated. The girl may leave, shit goes wrong, not everyday is great, injuries happen, the date falls through, the party will always end. There is a certain sense of achievement from watching your human body turn into something you work so hard for. Let me tell you from experience, it is all worth it! Quit making excuses, quit eating like shit, stop spending all your money on bullshit food. Cook at home, stick to a regimen. You are doing it for yourself, the most important person. For all you talking shit or poking fun at me, for being consumed with fitness, I'll remind you of it when you ask for advice. For me, this shit is an escape from reality. --💥💣KILL IT TODAY- ENJOY IT TOMORROW💣💥
