Любить бывает очень тяжело. Даже когда не хватает сил и опускаются руки, когда слезы текут ручьем и хочется спрятаться от всего мира,когда просишь хоть капли помощи, но каждый занят своими делами ,когда все,что ты слышишь это крики и истерики по любому поводу,не дала выбежать на дорогу,не так взяла за руку,не дала поиграть с ножницами,не дала выпить средство для чистки ковров,не дала покатить коляску с сестрой с горки. Я так хочу чтоб вы хоть иногда меня слышали с первого раза без крика,хочу видеть ваши улыбки и слышать смех,а не крики и слезы.я хочу подарить вам всю себя, весь мир. Если бы вы только знали как сильно я вас люблю... Grosse matinée déjà Et pressée aujourd'hui Beaucoup de choses a faire avant de partir....ne serait ce que bosser ah ah 😋 Ce matin grosse séance et grosse faim !!!! Et comme j'avais mes blancs d'oeuf bulkpowders_fr à finir et bien omelette !!!! 1 blanc + 1 œuf Flavor drop vanille myproteinfr Quelques tranches de pêche Et quelques morceaux de la barre protéinée chocolat que j'avais commencée ce matin 😉 A côté de ça, petit chia pudding avec du muesli , mon granola et des lamelles de pêche. Rien de très original ce matin mais pas le temps !! You must have heard that 'its all about 70% diet and 30% training'😂 This is a big time myth and it's not true. - When we talk about optimal body composition then both training and nutrition are important. A properly customized structured nutrition plan combined with a customized training plan is the optimal way to achieve your desired goals. (includes both fat loss and muscle gain)😉 If you think that only diet will work then give a try for a month or two and see where do you stand. For fat loss try calorie deficit and for muscle gain try calorie surplus without exercising. After a month or two see if you have reached your goal or not, in my views it's not optimal. Because you get energy from food and to burn energy you gotta do some kind of exercises. 😇 I'm not saying that to lose fat or gain muscle you need to get into hardcore bodybuilding. But for optimal results, you should do some kind of exercises (bodyweight) or simply lift weights. Optimal results can differ from one individual to another. Gaining muscle directly comes from your training, backed by nutrition for recovery and fuel. Benefits of doing exercises:🤔 It will help you to tone muscles, build strength, look good, etc. 💪 Combination of both nutrition and training will give you desired and optimal results. 🍗🏋 Try it once, you will never regret it.
