🍑 Legs & Glutes 🍑 • Ahhh, feeling killer DOMS after this leg day. Those reverse hacks are giving me (and my tush) life, but the pain is real. I currently have an intimate relationship with my foam roller and epsom salt. 😎 #donotdisturb • - Back Squats - Standing Calf Raise - Hip Thrusts (no hands) - Seated Hamstring Curl - Reverse Hack Squat - Reverse Adductors - Standard Adductors - Dumbbell Hamstring Curl - Banded Glute Bridge • My right now glute goals: 1. No hyperextending. Tuck that chin, girl. 2. “Crack it like a nut” aka squeeze your glutes like you’re cracking open a walnut that contains the last known food on earth. 3. Two days of leggies, with one left leg only day. Why left only? Long story short, my left leg is shorter, it’s weaker, my left glutes are smaller, and it’s causing all sorts of lopsidedness, ascetically and with training. My leg leg is gonna get ripped!
