{🇭🇺⤵️} Post Workout Meal 💪🏼 I guess I became addicted to my lazy pancakes and I feel more frequently that random (super fast) sweets are the best. 😋😅 This time as I run out of oat flour, I made it only from fine oat flakes and good news, it’s working! 🤜🏽🤛🏽 It is more like a pie but I ate it folded in half. 🤩 It’s filled with quark - low fat yoghurt - vanilla flavored protein mix cream, chia seeds, banana, pomegranate, peanut butter, almond and dates. Soooo yummmmmmy! 🤪🍌🥞🌮 ••• 🇭🇺 Edzés Utáni Zaba 💪🏼 Szerintem a “lusta palacsintám” függője lettem, illetve egyre gyakrabban érzem, hogy a random (és hipergyors) édességek a legjobbak. 😋😅 Most, mivel elfogyott a zablisztem, kénytelen voltam csak aprószemű zabból megcsinálni, de jó hír... Működik. 🤜🏽🤛🏽 Kicsit lepényszerűbb, de lehetett félbehajtva enni. 🤩 Túró - zsírszegény joghurt - vaníliás fehérje krémmel, chia maggal, banánnal, gránátalmával, mogyoróvajjal, mandulával és datolyával töltöttem meg.
