PROTEIN PASTA PARTY 💪🍝🎉 my #postworkoutmeal today was an epic plate of sanremopasta gluten free high protein penne made from peas, lentils, chickpeas and borlotti beans! 😍 I mixed it with an oil free homemade tomato basil turmeric sauce and placed it on a bed of fresh purple kale, topping it off with several tablespoons of nooch post photo 😜👌 this meal comes to approximately 1150 calories, 90g of protein (from the pasta and nutritional yeast) and 55g of fibre! 🙏🏻 REAL TALK - lots of people don’t believe I eat this much food, and honestly I don’t care and it’s not important to me. What IS important is that I KNOW how much my body needs and wants and will always listen to and satisfy that. The portion sizes and meals I share are not what I recommend YOU to eat because we are all different, maybe you need more or less. I’m not here to say you should eat exactly like me, I’m here to show you that you are allowed to eat in abundance and a healthy amount of food for your body and lifestyle. How are we supposed to thrive and grow if we are not fueling ourselves properly? 🤔 on that note, lately I have been KILLING it at the gym! Yesterday I hit a new PR for my 15kg shoulder press and today I FINALLY was able to squat 40kg for 3x10 sets. I know this doesn’t sound a lot for some, but lately I’ve been really focusing on proper form and lowering my weights. Not to mention I haven’t been able to squat for awhile due to the fact that I tore my right glute and upper hamstring 4 months ago. I am so happy to be progressing and just wanted to share it with you all! Mediterranean Frittata Muffins . 1 Weight Watchers Smart Point . . 6 eggs 100 gms Berg Bacon chopped 1/2 cup diced tomato 50gms south cape reduced fat Greek feta 1/2 red onion finely diced 1/3 cup sliced basil leaves 2-3 tsp Masterfoods Tuscan seasoning (or mixed Italian herbs) 1/2 tsp Pepper 3 Tbls Yopro or any plain fat free yoghurt 3/4 zucchini grated or 1 small zucchini and ALL the excess water squeezed out. . . Mix all ingredients together and evenly distribute in a silicone muffin form (I use a Tupperware one) Bake in a 180c oven for 25-30 mins or until cooked through. . Great for a quick snack option, a breakfast on the go, or a light lunch. Serve hot or cold Makes 7 . . 1 weight watchers smart point each *these are of normal size not mini *

🍤Shrimp & Sausage Pasta🍝 . YAS PASTA 😍🎉 Swipe for steps 👉🏻 . 🍅 Ingredients: ▫️ 20 oz Shrimp ▫️ 4 Herb & spinach chicken sausage ▫️ 2 oz Fettuccine (dry) ▫️ 3 cups Frozen green beans ▫️ 2 cups Traditional marinara sauce ▫️ 1 TBSP Olive oil ▫️ Garlic powder ▫️ 1 Lemon ▫️ 20g Fat free shredded mozzarella (optional because I’m extra af 😂) . 👩🏻‍🍳 Directions: 1⃣️ Marinate shrimp with some garlic powder and lemon juice for about 10 mins. Cut sausage, get everything ready. 2⃣️ Cook 2 oz dry fettuccine in boiling water for 10 mins. Drain and set aside. 3⃣️ Add 1 TBSP olive oil on a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, cook each side for 1-2 mins until both sides red. 4⃣️ Add sausage and green beans and stir fry. Add 2 cups marinara sauce then drained fettuccine. Keep stirring until well mixed. 5⃣️ Separate into 4 containers. Lo ammetto, stamattina non ho avuto modo di preparare nulla di che quindi ripropongo questo frozen pancake. Non trovate che i mirtilli siano molto fotogenici? Magari non sembra molto appetitoso, però i mirtilli migliorano tutto. 😎 Finalmente posso dirlo: stanotte si stava freschissimi! Io spero davvero questa temperatura si mantenga fino a fine stagione, anche se dubito fortemente lo faccia. È stato solo per una notte, ma è stato molto piacevole. Fare colazione così non è affatto male. Buondì. ⛈
