“Anche se apri gli occhi non svegliarti mai” Cerco di analizzare questa frase dietro la quale si cela un pezzo importantissimo della mia vita. Aprire gli occhi al risveglio è la prima azione che si compie interrompendo il sogno, ciò nonostante questa frase invita all’interlocutore di continuare a sognare anche da svegli! Nella vita batti te stesso quando arrivi a fare ciò che gli altri si limitano a dire. Dare il massimo per ogni cosa che i sentimenti ti prepongono a realizzare è l’unica soluzione insieme a quella di non mollare mai e dare sempre di più. Realizzare sogni difficili significa avere sogni stupendi, sogni per la quale ne vale la pena lottare e non abbattersi al primo, al secondo o al terzo ostacolo. Non sarei in grado di arrendermi mai per te, come non mi sono mai arreso, così continuerò a lottare per la tua felicità. Ci siamo. Sei il mio sogno ad occhi aperti che si realizza.

✨DRY, BREAKABLE HAIR?✨ alexandrapotora In the dry winter months, your hair is a lot more at risk of breaking, splitting & getting frizzy. This routine will help a lot of & I encourage you to share it with your bestie & spread the love & knowledge. ______________ STEP 1: On dry or damp hair, add a mix of olive oil, sweet almond oil & jojoba oil. Top off with a shower cap (& ideally a hot towel on top of it) for 15-30min. WHY THIS WORKS: Olive oil is rich in antioxidants that help battle free radicals, while its fatty acids (oleic & linoleic acids included) are extremely nutritious. . . Sweet almond oil is rich in Vitamin E, monounsaturated fatty acids, proteins, potassium, zinc & many other minerals & vitamins, which is why this oil is amazing at restoring hair’s own protective oil layer. . . Jojoba strengthens hair, because it’s rich in nourishing vitamins & minerals, like vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, copper & zinc. If your hair is particularly thick & heavy, mix in a little coconut oil as well. The hair bonnet thingamajig I bough from the WISH app. I think it was $3. ______________ STEP 2. Mix one egg with your usual shampoo. Apply to hair & leave in for 5 minutes before rinsing & conditioning. Eggs are rich in protein & since hair is made up of ~70% keratin protein, they can help rebuild dry & damaged hair. They’re also good for all hair types, making hair stronger & more silky. ______________ STEP 3: Rub 5-10 drops of sandalwood oil (depending on hair length) & apply to the ends, to help retain moisture & give hair a natural sheen. Hairdryer & brush from t3micro. ALWAYS test out products 1st, to make sure you don’t have any allergies. Consistency in use is key but everybody is different so results will vary. ______________
