Keto Broccoli Cheesy Bread 🍞 --- Tag a friend who would eat this with you!!! --- INGREDIENTS 3 c. riced broccoli 1 large egg 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. dried oregano Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley - DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Microwave riced broccoli for 1 minute to steam. Carefully ring out extra moisture from the broccoli using paper towel or cheesecloth. 2. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Transfer dough to baking sheet and shape into a thin, round crust. 3. Bake until golden and dried out, 20 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes more. Garnish with parsley and pepper flakes if using. . Sources (delish.com)

Easy dinner idea! Sometimes quick and easy is the only way. Sausage and slaw on cos lettuce 2 x rosemary and garlic sausgaes 50g cos lettuce 30ml spicy halapeno taco sauce 100g slaw mix 12g shredded tasty cheese While your sausages are cooking simply mix the sauce through your slaw mix and place two cos lettuce leafs on a plate. Put your sausages on and top with slaw and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I don’t often write too many stories for my Insta, but I feel it’s time to be raw and real and share my love/hate battle with food and my body image that keeps getting in my way...and then maybe I can get past it and start healing! . I was thinking to myself this morning that the only time I have never been worried about weight or body image, is when I’ve been pregnant!!!!! I need to turn this shit around... . The last few months I’ve really struggled with how I look, feel and the 5 kilos that I’ve put on. I’ve just come off 8 days carnivore and had really good results, but last night something got in my head and I just become so obsessed and upset with how my body was looking and how the results I wanted weren’t happening quick enough (I’m impatient as hell) and then the old habit of comfort eating overtook me and I guzzled down about half a bottle of thickened cream (my addiction from the past few months that I think has been a big reason behind my recent issues of weight gain and bloating) and devoured 3/4 block of hazelnut chocolate!!!!!!! This morning I feel like absolute ass, I have a carb hangover and my belly is bloated as fuck and I look about 6 months pregnant!!!!! Cauliflower Mac ‘N’ Cheese --- Get 370+ easy-to-prepare KETO recipes complete with Nutritional Information and a 12 Week Meal Plan 👉 Link in my BIO! --- Ingredients for 2 servings 1 head cauliflower salt, to taste pepper, to taste ¼ cup  sour cream, or greek yogurt (60 g) ½ cup  shredded cheddar cheese (50 g) fresh parsley, chopped, optional . Preparation 1. Cut cauliflower into small florets, about 4 cups (1.2 kg). 2. Add cauliflower florets into a 6-quart (6 L) Dutch oven of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. 3. Drain the cauliflower in a colander, and return to the pot. Reduce heat to low. 4. Add in salt, pepper, and sour cream, and stir until thoroughly combined. 5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. 6.
