Don't skip leg day! 예전에 상체훈련만하고 하체훈련은 힘들어서 런닝으로 대체하던 시절이있었다 반복해서 환자이송을해야했고 조금식 허리가 약해진다고 생각했지만 곧괜찮아지리라 생각했다 어느날 코어가 무너지고 결국 허리디스크가 터졌다 1년6개월동안 지옥같은 나날들을 보냈다 앉을수도 없고 서서다니자니 다리가저려서 100미터도 못걷고 운전도 통증때문에 집중해서 할수도 없고 야간에 일하자니 환자를 들수도없고 하루아침에 ㅂㅅ이되니 자괴감에 우울증에 버틸수가 없었다 결국 수술대에 올랐다 수술을받고도 통증은 더 심해진듯했다 이대로 육체도 정신도 무너져내릴듯했다 그때 문득생각했다 이걸로 못이겨내서 죽을꺼면 나는 여기까지인 놈이다 그래도 코어만큼은 다시살려낼수있을꺼다 이겨낼수있을꺼다 라는마음으로 조심히 제자리 런지부터 안하던 하체트레이닝을 조금식 시작했다 하체트레이닝으로 부족한 척추기립근의 힘을 엉덩이근육 둔근이 조금식 잡아주는듯했다 결국 조금식 조금식 좋아지더니 이제는 밸런스있게 상하체 같이 훈련하다보니 예전에 생각도 못했던 무게를 들고 하체와 허리가 좋아지니 바벨로우의 무게도 증가했다 신기하기 짝이없었다 1년만에 9키로의 순수근육과 5키로의 지방을 얻었다 80키로가됐지만 턱걸이갯수는 예전보다 느는게 신기했다 몸이좋아서 시합을뛰는게 아니고 시합을 뛰다보면 몸이좋아지더라 계속해서 한계에 몰아붙이다보니 지금은 #헬창 #보디빌딩 #쇠질 #weighttraining 매니아가된것은 물론 결과적으로 허리디스크 통증이 완화됐고 재활에 성공한듯하다 아직 100완쾌는 아니지만 죽을때까지 운동을 할수있을듯하다 아니 해야된다 이렇게 활력있는 삶을 살게해주고 건강을되찾고 가정도 직장에서도 더 인정받게해준 소중한 운동으로 생긴 이체력으로 #구급대원 으로서 더욱 정진해서 사회에 보탬이 되고싶다 #bodybuilding #motivation #fitnesslifestyle #squat #Naver #Skip #legday #허리디스크
