Didn’t dare carry these before taking a pic so had to make do with crappy kitchen lighting! Had some stacks for tea made with #mushrooms, #halloumi, #bacon, #avocado and #poachedeggs - Delish!!! Pic of #lunch in here as well which was an #omelette with ham, mushroom, tomatoes and red pepper, served with buttery green beans. I could have eaten the world today and have definitely had much more than usual - 3 meals and a snack rather than just two meals. [1] This was done in young active males between ages between 22 and 27 years old. The push-up speeds in seconds were ~1.67s, ~2.14s and ~2.63s. - Excerpts: Overall, the results suggest that a slow push-up speed delays the occurrence of fatigue and increases the muscle activation. I was down sick all week, but finally got a workout in yesterday in my garage gym. Felt great! My husband makes fun of me because I just can’t stay away from that barbell too long. I love lifting what can I say! Guess it’s not a bad addiction to have right? 💪
