Legs activation technique ••• Before training any muscle group do you activate your muscles? Not warm up, I mean activate? Most likely you do not. When it comes to an engine, does the engine run 24/7 with full power? No, it does not. We first have to turn on/activate the engine before letting it warm up(our warm up sets) before using the engine at a more powerful rev(our working sets). I think that’s a pretty simple way to describe muscle activation. ••• In these videos I’m demonstrating activating the working, and surrounding muscle groups I’m using today (hamstrings & glutes) while including some external/internal rotation in the pelvis. ••• Since applying this protocol daily into my working muscle groups I’ve noticed my muscles responding much better to the corresponding workout. Better execution, release of tension etc. ••• I’d highly recommend start applying such protocols into your training to benefit more from your workouts. ••• On another note, austincurrent_ I’ve been told we look like brothers, I take it as a compliment.
