Yes the birthday cake deserves a post... even if I do say so myself! 💁🏼‍♀️ Salted caramel brownie mix as the base then I decorated the top with caramel sauce, Nutella, white chocolate, pretzels & golden balls & oh my god it is amazing!! 🤩🎂

FRUGAL MEAL: how to turn leftovers into healthy and nutritious meal? If it comes to food I like to this that I’m very creative. I open my fridge, check the cupboards and all of the sudden I come up with dish idea. This time wasn’t different. Since we’re going on holiday soon I’m not doing any shopping and trying to use up all I’ve got. Today saw 3 pretty dry corn tortillas which were waiting to be used since at least last week. I also had an aubergine, sausage and super tasty tomatoes and cucumber from my neighbor’s garden. There was some leftover mozzarella and garlic and that all made beautiful and healthy meal. I also had few leaves of salad and herbs from my garden. Yumi! As a drink: homemade lemonade 💕What’s your favourite leftovers meal? Easy like Sunday morrrninnn 😴 speaking of easy, this flapjack was SO easy to make and it's delicious 😍👌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 200g butter (use a light version!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 300g oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6tsps honey ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Melt butter in a pan and add the honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ In a seperate bowl mix your oats with anything you would like to be inside your flapjack (I used morn flakes and added in mixed berries, almond flakes and raisins)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Once your butter and honey is melted together, add in your oats mixture and stir until it all sticks together⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Grease proof an aluminium baking tray and add in your full mixture, and pat down as you spread along the whole tray, making sure there's no gaps⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⏱ Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on top and you are done!! Looking to use up those over-ripe bananas? Look no further! If there’s one thing I miss about good Aussie grub, it’s freshly baked banana bread and cinnamon butter (as well as Schnitzels, but we’ll get there..) 😍🍌 As requested by a good friend, I’ve baked a classic banana & cinnamon bread and added the recipe! Most Australian recipes are written using cups, and honestly, it makes cooking a dream ✨ You can toast this beautiful little loaf and have it for breakfast with a spoonful of yoghurt or a layer of cinnamon butter. Perfect with your morning coffee ☕️😍 Tried and tested baby! What else do you wanna see on my page? I’m taking requests 🙋🏼‍♀️ P.S - science fact: bananas contain ethylene, a chemical which causes fruit to ripen. Place a banana and an under-ripe avo in a sealed bag together to speed up the ripening process! 👍🥑

Great for lunchtime carb loading will fill you up and give you all the energy you need for the gym . . Really quick and easy and keeps you going all day . . To serve two . . 300g king prawns . 60g chorizo. 6 large potatoes . 1 red onion . 150g green beans . Fresh or dried chillis . Garlic . Half a lime . . . Simply start by chopping your potatoes into small even sized cubes and get them in a large pan with some oil and butter on a medium heat get them started on there own while you prepare the rest making sure to give it regular shakes . Chop the onion and add to the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Next add the chorizo and then the beans and chillis and keep folding it all together and lastly add the garlic and the prawns . Meal Prep Sunday🙏🏽⁣ ⁣ A turkey mince recipe that doesn’t involve tacos 🌮 but is possibly more delicious!⁣ ⁣ Turkey Salsa and Veggies⁣ Serves 4, macros for 1: 45C 35p 9F⁣ ⁣ -Sauté 50g yellow onion and whole package of turkey mince for 4 min⁣ -Add 175g red pepper, 200g green beans, and 10 cherry tomatoes to other side of pan. Reduce heat to med-low and cover⁣ -After 5 min add 250g mild salsa, mix together and cover for another 10 min on low⁣ -Serve with 100g cooked quinoa per serve⁣ ⁣ One of my all time favourite lunches! Omelette sucrée à la banane 🍳 ~ Une recette simple et rapide que tu peux arranger selon tes goûts 🤙 ~ 👨‍🍳 Recette 2 œufs 1 blanc d’œuf 1/2 banane 1 cac de miel Cannelle Poudre/arôme de vanille .
