Happy Wednesday y’all! Gym lighting truly sucks but it’s whatever. I have been feeling incredibly proud lately. Yes, you can see that I still have fat that needs to go, yes I still have stretch marks, yes I still have work to do but I’m still proud of how far I have come. This video shows my good and bad angles and ya know what it’s okay. I have pushed this body to and beyond what I thought my limits were. I’ve wanted to quit, I have fallen off track but I’ve also gotten back up. I am not perfect, nor do I want to be. I am just trying to be the happiest and healthiest version of me. My point, don’t be scared or ashamed to share your victories. A victory is a victory no matter how big or small. Celebrate your progress, celebrate how far you’ve come. Your body can do amazing things and that should be celebrated and focused on more than the bad. This journey doesn’t have to stem from something negative.
