Week 7, 1lb down. No idea how I managed that as I’ve had four poor meals this week. I have, however, had some intense training sessions this week so I guess that balanced it out. I made a controversial statement in this pic on my story last week. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ This is an XL t shirt. Two years ago I was wearing a medium from the exact same company. I made progress, but not that much progress. I'm not getting bigger drastically, t shirt sizes are getting smaller drastically. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ I stand by it. Don't be letting changes in the size of your clothes affect your mood too much.

Still I pain from the weeks session with tommot800 but we trained today on this new machine. Lifted 140kg but not really as the machine does a lot of it for you too! But still hard work 💦 Please excuse the ridiculous faces I make 🤣🙈 We are having to isolate muscles due to my stupid #erbspalsy its crazy what an arm injury can do to the whole body! Alignment and all sorts!! Whatever I am not letting it stop me and pushing through the pain and my comfort zone!! Sometimes its all in the mind. Last weigh in for February this morning, meaning I get to update my little graph. I feel like I’ve not had a great month this month but when I look at it totalled up, it looks much better. So, I’m 10.75lb down and I cannot see any difference in my size or shape at all, and that’s okay. It didn’t take 7 weeks for me to look this way and I know I won’t return to a size 10 in 7 weeks. What this has made me realise though is that my goal may be too high. I’m not far off a stone gone, and I wanted to lose 2 stone. I know that won’t take me to where I want to be. But I’m just going to keep taking it in half stone stages. Maybe I’ll up my target to 2.5st when I reach 2, but we’ll see. For now, continuing this and staying motivated is the most important thing. #weightwatchers #weightwatchersflex #myjourneyfromfattofit #myfitnessjourney
