Some trap bar deadlifting between October 2017 and up until now. My favorite full body exercise. Haven't done it much this last year, because I've been focusing mostly on conv. deadlift. Will do much more of it from now on. Extremely solid exercise, that really puts your ability of producing full body force/power to the test. Not much technique involved here. Well first bench day of the 10 week program went great 6 sets of 3 reps at 340lbs (set 6 shown) then finished with 225lbs amrap for 22 reps and accessory work of course 😏

Guess whose conventional felt really great today!!! I literally can’t believe I am saying these words but wow conventional didn’t make me want to die. Maybe because it’s a deload lol. 😅 ____________ First video is conventional 215x3x5. Second video is conventional 245x1x3. Third video is 3:2:0 tempo squats 185x1x4. Fourth video is 3:2:0 tempo squats 175x3x4. _______________ Shout out to matthew.326 for giving me some long ass pauses. I saw the face of Satan sitting in that hole waiting to ascend. RIP me. 💀💀💀 I think my conventional felt so great today because I’ve really been concentrating on squeezing my lats. I had some shoulder caving and felt like I could never get my mechanics correct but really squeezing my wings in made everything feel so good. This is such a mental breakthrough for me because I despair so much about my conventional.
