Sieht mega unscheinbar aus, schmeckt aber so unglaublich gut! Penne mit #creamysweetpotato 🤤 Süßkartoffel mit justspices Orangenpfeffer und Salz würzen, etwas Öl und/oder Wasser dazu geben und im Ofen weich rösten. Nudeln in der Zwischenzeit kochen. Dann die Süsskartoffeln mit Cashewmus und Wasser pürieren und anschließend mit den Nudeln verrühren. Nach Bedarf kann man noch nachwürzen. I usually have some cooked grains in the fridge and one of my go to meals is fried rice. Homestyle Peri Peri- 3 Ways Recipe: Serves- 2-3 Ingredients- Tadka Fries- 400 gm potatoes wedges Oil, for frying 1 tbsp garlic ½ tbsp. green chilli Peri Peri Salt, to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves Cheese Garlic Toast- 6 bread jumbo slices 3 cheese slices 1 cup mozzarella cheese 2 green chillies, finely chopped Peri Peri Tomato Pulav- 1-2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste 1 tsp garam masala 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 potato, boiled and cubes 1 cup rice, cooked Peri Peri Method- Tadka Fries Cut the potato in wedges. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato wedges. Once fried, placed them on a paper towel aside. In a pan add little oil, then add garlic and green chilli. Saute this well, before adding potato wedges. Add the peri peri powder and salt, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. Cheese Chilli Toast- Take one side of the bread slice and top cheese slice, mozzarella, green chillies and peri peri powder. Place the other slice of bread, and place it on the pan with little oil and butter. Cook the bread till its golden and crusty. Serve hot with sauce. Tomato Pulav- Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic chilli paste. Next add garam masala and chopped tomatoes. Saute this well then add potatoes and mix well. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Sprinkle the peri peri powder and mix well and serve hot.
