Pomidorowy kurczak z przepisy nataliagacka 200 g piersi kurczaka, 200 ml przecieru pomidorowego, 1 ząbek czosnku, 1 pomidor, po szczypcie: soli, pieprzu, ziół prowansalskich. tonight’s simple winnur dinnur. Having a good balance of carbs, proteins, fats, and greens!! In ur meals is the best way to reach complete satiation imo (Lil dessert 🍩 hurt either) But by that I mean eating to become physically AND mentally full/satisfied. __ I used to stick to a high-carb low-fat diet, and it tended to leave me physically full but mentally wanting more after my meal. incorporating a general balance of ALL your macro AND micronutrients will give your body everything it wants and needs 💖 try this if you’re having issues feeling truly satiated! Half way through my latest 30 Day Conscious Living programme. Most morning I love the lightness and easy digestability of a protein shake with berries, but sometimes a bowl of oats with nuts, berries and seeds is a tasty change. I power it up by adding a little Protein Boost into the bowl. 3 ingredients - brown rice, pea and cranberry to give you a complete amino profile without needing whey. No added sugar or flavours. 10 grams of vegan protein. I love it because it fuels and sustains me all morning - no cravings for snacks. No spike in blood sugar, no food induced mood swings. BELL PEPPER CHICKEN . Ingredients: 2 potato, boiled 1 carrot, boiled Chicken breast, cut into pieces 2 tablespoons oil 5 slices ginger 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1/2 onion 3 garlic . Marinade: 1/2 tablespoon Shaoxing wine 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil Pepper n salt . Sauce: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon Shaoxing wine 1/2 heaping teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil Pinch of salt 3 dashes white pepper Red Chili, Blended . Method: 1. Marinate the chicken for 15 min. 2. Mix all the ingredients in the Sauce in a bowl, stir to blend well. 3. Heat up 1 tablespoon of the oil in a wok and put in garlic and onion then stir fry the chicken until the surface about 80% cooked. Dish out and set aside. 4. Heat up the remaining 1 tablespoon of the oil and stir fry the ginger until aromatic. Add in the the bell peppers and stir-fry until you smell the peppery aroma. Transfer the chicken, potato and carrot into the wok and stir to combine well with the bell peppers.
