When you get excited about your GREEN smoothie bowl for Hump Day work lunch. It started off super green, with spinach, bread beans, zucchini, avo, maca, flax, milled chia. Nicely presented and topped with apple, peach, dried cranberries, amaranth, bee pollen, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs. Then I decided I needed NUT BUTTER 🙌🏽🤗 and this was the final result. 13.30 Kâsesi Önce 3 yk yulafı su ve tarçınla pişirdim ve bir kaşık kadarını üzeri için saklayıp soğumaya bıraktım🌸Daha sonra dondurulmuş böğürtlen ve ahududuyla 3 yk yoğurdu mikserde karıştırdım🌪 Sonra hepsini karıştırıp üzerine yarım muz ve ayırdığım yulaflardan ekledim ve 1 ceviz serpiştirdim. 3 yk yulaf-111 kcal 20 gr böğürtlen- 6 kcal 20 gr ahududu-10 kcal 3yk yoğurt- 100 kcal 1 çk tarçın- 3 kcal 1 ceviz- 33 kcal Yarım muz- 60 kcal Totalde 323 kalorilik bir öğün oldu. Neyi ne kadar koyduğumuz böyle öğünlerde çok önemli.
