When you do an oopsie and left out a somewhat important detail in the programming. . Like putting a cap to the number of reps for an AMRAP set of squats. . Would you challenge me to a 100m sprint? ⠀ I haven't posted anything gym related in a min soooo here it is. When I was a teen my PB for 100m was 11.4sec, I could never get that single digit time, but I always loved the challenge. I really loved athletics because it was a sport where I had to depend solely on myself. The work I put in was the outcome that would follow. I love the mentality and mindset that goes into training and being able to set yourself challenges to achieve. kirstyhern in her strength and conditioning session this morning. - Safety bar squats -build to a heavy triple then back down 3x3. - Secret squat weapon aka belt squat machine - 3x20 build them quads. - Prowler -5 x25m sprint maximum acceleration. We have been doing prowler and belt squats ages before they became cool.
