The only time you look back is to see how far you’ve come. Growth is an option, you have every capability to grow into the individual you want to be. The process can be very discouraging no doubt, you never fail. The only time you fail is when you refuse to use the knowledge you acquired from an experience that can help your growth. You’re average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. I never knew what would become of me sticking to working out. At first I started it to get my head straight and to do something positive. I can truly say I have found my calling and glad I made this my career. You would be amazed at what can happen if you stick to it. If you seen smoke coming from the gym today don’t be alarmed it was just me burnin it down with a sizzlin leg workout “Walked” (more of a waddle. Ya know post leg day probz) outta there drenched in sweat! Was hesitant to post this pic or even take it because my body isn’t as I usually like to see it...Buuut I’m embracing my body in all its fluffy glory! I’m doing me and Ive never been happier. Don’t like it don’t look at it ✌🏼🖤 — Leg workout: I did four sets of weighted step ups with both a bar and weights around my ankles I think 10lbs per leg and had 75lbs on the bar!
