Kicked off my Friday with a protein-packed breakfast 🥞! I used flapjacked Protein Pancakes for the first time and was super impressed! — They aren’t as dense as your typical protein pancakes and they also taste great! 🙌🏼 — Macros are super friendly for a full portion (1/2 cup mix): 18 (net carb)/3.5 (fat)/20 (protein) — Ingredients: - 1/2 cup pancake mix - 1/3 cup water - toppings: PB 🥜, berries, syrup of choice — Directions: - Cook as you would a normal pancake (flip when edges are white) using a non-stick pan - Stack and add toppings!

You know those days that start off so perfect? Most of us, myself included focus on the days that start off horribly. Today started off wonderfully. I taught a very challenging Friday 7am Lean Machine class ellefitnessto . Friday morning crew is alway pushing so damn hard, I leave feeling inspired every time. I trained a new client moegenore who absolutely crushed the first session and I’m so excited about our future sessions. Life is good, I need to focus on that more. The protein pancakes are BACK! 🙌🏼🥞❤️ I honestly can’t think of a better way to start my Friday than by pouring myself a hot cup of coffee, cranking up the tunes & making myself some absolutely delicious Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes. 😋 Since it’s been such a fast-paced week, I find that starting my morning with my FAVE breakfast is one of the best ways to set myself up for a positive & productive day. 😊👏🏼 On another note - how are you guys doing!? What are you most proud of accomplishing this week? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 - - PS - Make sure to check out my other #LNCcinnamonproteinpancakes variations for some sweet topping inspiration! (As always, recipe available below!) - - I N G R E D I E N T S: 3/4 c. egg whites 1 egg 1/4 c. 0% m.f Greek yogurt 1/2 c. rolled oats 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda Stevia, to taste 1 tbsp cinnamon 2 tbsp pbandme chocolate hazelnut powdered peanut butter 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped - D I R E C T I O N S: - whip egg whites in bowl until they form stiff peaks - combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl - fold in egg and Greek yogurt to egg white mixture and mix until combined - mix in dry ingredients - just before baking, add in your cinnamon and Stevia and swirl into your batter using a fork (do NOT mix fully!) - cook batter on a skillet & serve with some chocolate hazelnut powdered PB & fresh berries - M A C R O S: 430 cals | 44 C | 10 F | 39 P (Makes 8-10 pancakes. Macros are for the entire plate, including PB & berries!)

Happy #flexfriday! Still sitting around 190-192 happy with the steady and consistent weight gain since my show where I was at 178. Definitely the leanest and most productive off season yet. Will be cracking the 200lbs mark before I start prepping for Nationals. ⚠ TRACK YOUR FOOD⚠️ - I am not saying you HAVE to count calories and track macros, because it can be a tedious job. If you are trying to lose body fat, you should be logging your food intake in one way or another. 1) Accountability ▪️ If you're on a diet, it's really easy to stray. Having your food written down helps you stay on track. ▪️ It is extremely important to be honest with yourself as well. Don't log 1 cup of pasta when your plate is full. 2) Quantify ▪️ If you aren't logging your food, how do you know you're getting enough/too much? This is especially important for fat loss as most "healthy" choices end up being consumed in higher amounts than necessary. 3) Quality ▪️ When I say quality, I don't mean organic this and GMO free that. I'm talking about the micronutrient dense foods, and the best bang for your buck. (e.g. Ground beef, frozen veggies/fruits). 4) Identify Strengths & Weaknesses ▪️ You may think that you're eating perfectly for your goals, but I can almost guarantee that when you write everything down, there's going to be some sore spots. ▪️ Nobody is perfect, and everyone has room for improvement. Logging your food can ensure that you eliminate/lessen your weaknesses and build on your strengths. - This is an area of fitness you can control, so I absolutely recommend you do so. Родилась очень сильно давно Почти 45 лет назад 🙈 В Москве На Красной Пресне . 🧔🏻Мамин папа был очень важным человеком, директором огромного мелькомбината на Шелепихе. Зерно. Мука 🌾🥖Стратегический продукт в послевоенное время. Персональный водитель, Волга и т.д. Интересно, зарыл ли дед где золото партии?? Вряд ли...Честный был... другие времена... 😇 🌟За все заслуги перед партией ему выдали квартиру на Красногвардейском бульваре. Элитку с евроремонтом по тем временам 👍 🌇Надо сказать, что до этого, они жили вообще почти на Красной площади, в доме, где сейчас гостиница FourSeasons ( этот дом в предыдущем посте) и дорогущие апартаменты👌🏼 . 👧🏼Мама росла с видом туда, где сейчас Дума и на рояль, занимавший полкомнаты 💰 Мама Лена lena_tsvet считалась мажоркой, занималась музыкой и ходила в английскую спецшколу . 🧑🏻Папа же не был столь удачливым в выборе родителей. Четвёртый ребёнок у еврейский мамы от немецкого мужчины, господина Штерна. Видимо не желая портить Штерну репутацию приличного семьянина 🙊, бабушка Фрейда Баскина, дала моему отцу фамилию своих первых троих детей - Цветов. . 🤩Чувствуя, что я всё-таки больше Штерн (кстати, по-немецки Звезда, а по английски Stern - строгая 🤟), недавно приняла решение пожить с настоящей фамилией. Пока только без юридического оформления.. Потом посмотрим. 😉 . Интересно? Продолжать??
