FULL UPPER BODY WORKOUT! Make sure to double tap and save ❤️ . I frequently get asked what do I workout on the weekends and here is one of them. I either do full upper body, HIIT, and I always incorporate ABS☺️ (which I’ll be sharing that workout later on this week)😗 I like to think of it like a touch up to my muscles 💎 BUTTT I do rest one weekend day. It always depends how my schedule is during the week🙃 Kay! Let’s get to the workout! Arms were shaking after this workout💪🏻 . Happy Sunday! ☀️ Wanted to share this beast of a giant set from yesterday’s back and arms workout. I had had enough when I got to the tricep dips 😂🤪 You can see me pouting a little at the end. 🤣 Have fun wit it! I just had a cardio sesh to get done today and did some foam rolling and now it’s time to relaaaax. 😌 Maybe... 😂 Sitting still is hard. I’m like a small child with a sugar rush from sun up to sun down. Anyone else? 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

Today I felt really poorly, but stopping just isn’t an option to me. _______________ Exercise is so much more than physical. When the gym door closes behind me, life stays outside. It gives me focus and structure, something that is really important to me. ________________ The last few months my anxiety has been non-existent, the worrying has dramatically decreased and I’m so much happier in myself. I’m being the person I used to be a long time ago, the one I knew was still there.
