Chest day is slowly growing on me…....but I think thats because I’m actually getting better? Today I hit a new PR of 125lbs on bench press, an increase from my 110lbs a month ago!!! Its crazy how day to day you cant notice a difference but looking back its easy to see how far you have come. . . Today I did chest and triceps and I was in a crunch because I worked soon so I knocked out lots of supersets and tri-sets, and this was one of my favs! (swipe to see each exercise) . . I did 12 reps of each of the fly’s (higher and lower) and then I did 10 reps on the tricep exercise and increased weight each time. This was KILLER!!!! . . cramming for finals yet again but just had to post this because i absolutely loved it and I hope you guys like it too! . .
