Stuffed Sweet Potato w/ “Protein Powder Spread” 🍠💪🏼 (100% plant-based & gluten-free 🌱) ➖ So I’ve you’ve been following my IG story for any length of time, you probably already know that I basically eat this everyday... 😏 . (Not only do I not get tired of eating this, I actually look forward to eating this whenever possible 😍) ➖ 🌱INGREDIENTS (that I used here)🌱 ▪️Baked Sweet Potato(Japanese ❤️) ▪️Cinnamon Powder ▪️Pumpkin Spice ▪️Maca Powder ▪️Ashwagandha Powder ▪️Carob Powder ▪️Peanut Butter Powder ▪️Vanilla Protein Powder Spread** ▪️Vegan Butter ( miyokos_kitchen’s = 🙌🏼) ▪️Strawberry Jam ▪️Chocolate Sprouted Almond Butter ( philosophersstoneground) ▪️BONUS: I’ve added stuff like granola/muesli, coconut shreds, apple sauce or even ‘peanut butter’ (from powdered pb)👌🏼 • **Protein Powder Spread = 1 scoop of protein powder + water/non-dairy beverage till it forms a spread-like texture. Magical gains lol 💪🏼 ➖ I honestly love adding vanilla plant-based protein powder spread (I’m using gardenoflife’s SPORT Performance) to these as it adds creaminess, flavor & of course, protein (along with some nutrients), making eating a sweet potato a whole lot more interesting (in my opinion) 😋 ➖ ‼️Where’s my sweet potato fans at? ❤️‼️ • Cheers! 🙏🏼🌱

Baking up a hella lot of doughnuts today, the one good thing about having 3 ovens in our house is that when I’m working I never have to put the heating on 😂 also pre-orders for Christmas things will open on 1st November on my website so get that date down in your diaries 🎄 also also there’s a market night in the Facebook group next week 👀 happy Tuesday folks x

Real food? Or good food? . Raw zucchini spaghetti with burst tomatoes and grilled asparagus. Serve with vegan cashew basil pesto (pesto recipe credit to #thefitchen ) . I don’t know where to start, I haven’t been making food for a long time (feels like a long time) but this, this is awesome good food that initially I thought I couldn’t finish it, but in the end I whacked the plate clean. . I make the sauce first with the following ingredients 🔹1 cup fresh basil 🔸2 T raw cashews 🔹2-3 garlic cloves 🔸3 T nutritional yeast 🔹5 T olive oil 🔸1 T lemon juice 🔹Pinch of sea salt (I used rosemary salt cos I just love herbs) 🔸Pinch of black pepper 🔹Pinch of nutmeg . 👩🏻‍🍳Blend all ingredients in a food processor 👩🏻‍🍳My cheapo food processor couldn’t give me a fine & smooth texture so I top it later with some crushed peanuts for more crunch 😋 . 👩🏻‍🍳Heat up pan and add cooking oil 👩🏻‍🍳Grilled asparagus for 2 mins each side on medium high heat 👩🏻‍🍳Set the asparagus aside & put in the halved cherry tomatoes 👩🏻‍🍳Reduce heat to low and let the tomatoes “burst” into flavour 👩🏻‍🍳Meanwhile, spiralise 1 large zucchini onto the bowl 👩🏻‍🍳When the tomatoes are turning soft add a sprig of thyme (optional) & let it cook for another 2 mins before turning off heat & pour onto the raw zucchini immediately . 🍽 Serve & enjoy!! . . #whati8today #vegan #inthekitchen #myfoodie #foodies #whatveganseat #veganrecipes #veganfood #veganmeals #homecooked #realfood #shiok #yummy #eatclean #cleaneating #nourish #healthylifestyle #wholefoods #fitfood #healthyfood #tasty #healthyeating #healthyrecipe #plantbased #meatfree #eatyourveggies #eattherainbow #nutritionalfood #maimaikitchen

🥞Vegan 4 ingredients Pancakes 🥞 - 1 banana 🍌 - 3/4 cup oats 🥣 * blend to make oat flour - 1 cup almond milk 🥛 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 😋 🌻Method 🌻 - Heat pan on high - Blend oats into flour - Combine everything into a blender - Blend together and let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken - Lower the heat of the pan - Now your ready to cook some yummy pancakes 🙌🏽 Makes 3-4 Hope you enjoy 😉 Weekly recipes coming💕

#Repost yep_thatsvegan ・・・ When I asked people over the weekend how come they weren’t vegan COST was one of the main reasons why! My advice was to go to the store with a different mind set! These items are the cheapest items at the store. And I’ll add Frozen Veggies and Rice in the mix too! With these items you can make tons of different meals without repeating. Many of the items in this pic are my staple fridge and pantry items. I get many of these items every time I go grocery shopping. I can make $20 stretch at the store and have meals for a few DAYS. As a meat eater $20 was just enough food for MAYBE 2 days. Ground Meat was $5-$7 and that meat was only enough for one meal. Chicken can be almost 10 bucks and I stil had to get veggies and breakfast. I can go to the beans bulk bin and get a few pounds of beans for a few bucks. You can also find canned beans at Whole Foods for under $1. If you’ve been following me long enough you’ll know that the meals I make are cheap and require minimal ingredients.
