Workout of the day and workout of the day after burner. Here’s an easy but also challenging you guys will love. However this one is going to be a little improvised. For the first workout switch out sit-ups for mountain climbers. And for the workout after burner, switch out the jumping jacks for tuck jumps. As always if you’re a beginner follow the workouts as followed and as improvised, if you’re intermediate add some weight for the last round. Haven't been feeling the same connection with the weights or the gym recently.. I've been feeling a lack of motivation as well as a lack of desire to be in the gym. The gym used to be my sanctuary. It was somewhere to go for me to blow off steam. It's where I spent all my time while losing my weight, but the connection just isn't there anymore. I decided it was in my best interest to take a week off. A week to recover physically and mentally with hopes I can get out of this funk. After this week, hopefully I will be ready to hit the ground running! If you still have that motivation and desire, keep gettin' it and keep going strong!
